My Fees and Conditions
Perhaps you don’t want to commit to having a tutor without better understanding of what can be achieved.
Not to worry, I am happy to provide a short introductory session for no charge.
After that my standard fee is £35 per hour inclusive of travel within Coventry and nearby areas (see here for the area that I normally tutor in). For face to face tuition outside this area there will be an additional charge to cover my travel time, but note that I also provide online tuition.
If you contact me via an agency then the fees may be different.
Tuition fees for groups (two or more tutees) or for sessions greater than one hour are by arrangement.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer for face to face tuition, payable on the day of the lesson. For online tuition payment is by bank transfer, prior to each lesson.
I find that a weekly one hour tutorial works best, but other frequencies may be possible, subject to availability.
I believe in keeping the relationship between tutor and tutee as simple as possible. There is no contract and no minimum number of lessons. Either party can end the relationship at any time.
If you wish to cancel a booked tutorial then I would appreciate at least 24 hours notice. I reserve the right to charge for sessions which are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
